    Is Blink Paylinks really free?+
    Yes! The Blink Paylinks integration is completely free to install and use. You only pay Blink Payment's standard transaction processing fees when payments are made.
    Do I need a Blink Payment account?+
    Yes, you'll need an active Blink Payment account with API credentials. If you don't have one, sign up for Blink Payment
    What monday.com plans does this work with?+
    Blink Paylinks works with all monday.com plans that support marketplace apps, including Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans.
    Is my payment data secure?+
    Absolutely. We never see or store your customers' card details. All payment processing is handled by Blink Payment, which is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant and FCA regulated.
    How do Paylink status updates work?+
    When a customer pays via a Paylink, Blink Payment sends a webhook notification, and we automatically update the status column in your monday.com board in real-time.
    Can my whole team use this?+
    Yes! Editors and admins can create and manage Paylinks. Viewers have read-only access to view payment history but cannot create Paylinks-they'll see a 'View Only Mode' banner. There are no per-user fees.
    What currencies are supported?+
    Blink Paylinks supports all currencies available through your Blink Payment account. Contact Blink Payment directly for their full list of supported currencies.
    Do recurring payments need my customer to do anything each month?+
    No. They pay the first payment link once. Blink collects every following installment on the schedule you set.
    Do I need to build monday automations for the board to update?+
    No. The board updates on its own when payments happen. Automations are only for the optional notifications, and the Help Guide has copy-paste steps for those.
    What happens if a payment notification is missed?+
    A regular background check catches anything a notification missed and repairs the board automatically — no action needed from you.
    Can I cancel a recurring plan?+
    Yes, one click from the Recurring tab. Payments already collected are unaffected.
