    Is Blink Paylinks really free?+
    Yes. The Blink Paylinks integration is free to install and use on monday.com. You only pay Blink Payment's standard transaction processing fees when payments are made. Ts&Cs apply to your Blink Payment account, not the app in monday.com.
    Do I need a Blink Payment account?+
    Yes, you'll need an active Blink Payment account with API credentials. If you don't have one, sign up for Blink Payment
    Do I still need a Blink login day to day?+
    No. Once the app is connected, paylinks are created, sent, and tracked from monday. You would open Blink for refunds, account settings, and to copy the payment reference when you record a bank transfer by hand.
    What does "Ready for Payment" actually do?+
    It is a status on your Paylink Status column. Set an item to it and the app reads the item's email and amount, creates the Blink paylink, emails the customer, and writes the link and "Paylink Sent" back to the row. If a rule for it is switched on, this happens automatically. It is the only status an in-app paylink rule can run on.
    Do I need to learn monday's automation builder?+
    No. The app has its own Automations tab. Pick a trigger, pick an action, click Create. The monday builder still works if you prefer it.
    How do Paylink status updates work?+
    When a customer pays via a Paylink, Blink Payment sends a notification and the app updates the status, amount paid and paid date on your monday.com board, usually within 3 minutes. A background check every 15 minutes catches anything a notification missed.
    My customer paid by bank transfer and the board did not change. Why?+
    Blink does not report Open Banking payments back to apps. Open the row in the Sent tab, click Mark as paid, enter the gateway transaction ID from your Blink portal and pick the day. If Blink can verify it on the spot, the board and the Done tab update as for a card payment. If not, the item shows Paid (unconfirmed) until a second person confirms it or Blink does, and you can undo it until then.
    Can I cancel a paylink, or send it again?+
    Yes, from the Sent tab. Open the row and click Cancel paylink, or Resend. Cancel clears the link from the board so the item can be given a new one. It is refused if the paylink may already have been paid. Resend goes to the email and mobile number already on the paylink, once every 10 minutes.
    A customer paid part of the amount. What now?+
    The item shows Partial Paid. Use Create Paylink or Create Balance Paylink on that item and the app sends a link for the amount that is left. When it is paid the item shows Paid with the full total.
    Where does the paid date come from?+
    From the payment itself, the day the customer's money was taken. Not the day someone looked at the board.
    Do recurring payments need my customer to do anything each month?+
    No. They pay the first payment link once. Blink collects every following installment on the schedule you set.
    Can I cancel a recurring plan?+
    Yes, one click from the Recurring tab. Payments already collected are unaffected.
    Is my payment data secure?+
    Absolutely. We never see or store your customers' card details. All payment processing is handled by Blink Payment, which is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant and FCA regulated.
    What monday.com plans does this work with?+
    Blink Paylinks works with all monday.com plans that support marketplace apps, including Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans.
    Can my whole team use this?+
    Yes. Editors and admins can create and manage Paylinks. Viewers have read-only access to view payment history but cannot create Paylinks. There are no per-user fees.
    What currencies are supported?+
    Blink Paylinks supports all currencies available through your Blink Payment account. Contact Blink Payment directly for their full list of supported currencies.
