GroupMaster Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the GroupMaster application ("the App") published on the monday.com marketplace by mutherboard.com ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms. These are the same Terms presented for acceptance inside the App on first use.

GroupMaster is a monday.com app that provides group management tools for monday.com boards, including duplicating groups with their comments preserved, copying or moving groups between boards, archiving and renaming groups, bulk-updating column values across all items in a group, creating subitems from a group's items, and user-built automation rules. Features are available in a board view and as automation blocks in monday's builders.

You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and monday.com's own Terms of Service. You agree not to use the App in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or monday.com's infrastructure, or interfere with any other party's use of the App.

The App accesses your monday.com board data solely to perform the actions you trigger. We do not store your board content, item data, or column values on our servers. OAuth access tokens, where used, are stored encrypted in monday.com's secure storage, scoped to your account and user, and are deleted when the App is uninstalled. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mutherboard.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless mutherboard.com and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We may contact app installers about material changes to these Terms or the App using the contact details associated with their monday.com account.
